 I am a Crystal Healing Therapist (MIACHT & ACHO Registered). This therapy is energy based and combines the power of crystals as healing tools with Reflexology & Acupressure. Crystal Therapists are trained holistically in assessing the mind-body connection. Crystal Healing Therapy can be safely used to help with: stress related conditions, anxiety, acute & chronic pain, relaxation & insomnia, energy blocks & negative thinking, to support natural self-healing & restore well-being.

CRYSTAL HEALING THERAPY

Crystals are placed on & around the body for HEALTH & WELL-BEING. Crystal ‘prescriptions’ may be given for self-healing between treatment sessions.

CRYSTAL REFLEXOLOGY

Crystals are used to trigger self-healing, harmony & balance and to remove blocked energy for health & well-being. Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that are relevant to every part of the body. This treatment is based on using one of 8 crystal reflexology gem stone wands (Amethyst/Aventurine/Clear Quartz/ Fluorite/Heliotrope/Lapis Lazuli/Rutile Quartz/Sodalite) to direct the healing power of crystals to activate designated acupressure points. Hands or feet can be worked on.

CHAKRA CLEARING & BALANCING

To clear blockages, recharge & rebalance your energy centres. Crystals are placed on each of the 7 chakras and around the client.

CRYSTAL ‘ROSE FACIAL BLISS’

Holistic Facial massage using Rose Quartz. Rose Absolute essential oil & Neal’s Yard products. A relaxing, rejuvenating experience for glowing skin!

AMETHYST STARLIGHT INDIAN MASSAGE

Tranquil and relaxing which helps to release stress & tension in shoulders, neck, head and face. Crystals and acupressure techniques enhance this ancient Indian Ayurvedic system of healing. Deeply peaceful.

CRYSTAL REIKI HEALING

Reiki with Crystal healing energy. Reiki is an ancient Japanese system of healing which enhances emotional, mental and physical well-being.
